Hi was lucky enough to have the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle from Adrian Brian Nissan and having a great experience of dealing with the team there. Absolutely miserable costumer service, these people are a special breed, they couldn't run a bath let alone a workshopnncalled time after time, no replys or call me back and transfer me to a department that hangs up on me straight away.nnThey cancelled my appointment twice and the third time it took 5 hours to get a reply just to ask if my car really was booked in this timennAnd to top it all off I call 4 times yesterday over the course of the day with no reply and I get there they have towed my car without telling me and shrugs his shoulders and says 'not my problem'nnCouldn't recommend this place if it was the last Nissan garage in the world ud83eudd70
