They do not even deserve one star. Very bad experience. Customer service is non existent. Will NEVER put myself in such a hateful environment.nBest coffee is at the bean bar at central market. You have threatened me in your reply and this is unacceptable and disgusting behaviour towards a lost customer as a result.nnIts not difficult to believe that many people have written similar complaints. You are unprofessional and do not have any idea how to treat customers who keep your business running. I have every right to write a review about my experience with The Grind. Bean bar guys! After waiting to be served, I asked about what you be a good light roasted coffee bean to be used in my plunger answer ‘I hate it when people ask me questions about this’. Sorry hate what? Visited yesterday and could not fault the service. Polite and friendly staff and the coffee was spot on. My new local coffee shop for sure!

Visited Sat morning - coffee was superb & staff very friendly. A great selection of beans, tea & accessories also available for purchase.

Came there the other day had a beautiful coffee made by a gentleman named Peter who always has a smile on his face and he’s great with customers.
