I recently purchased a new Kia Stonic from Matt Thornton. Matt is one of the most genuine, caring and patient salespeople I’ve ever encountered. He gave me all the options and time I needed to make a decision, I never felt rushed or pressured and not once did I feel like I was being ‘sold’ to, which is something I was really concerned about since not having purchased a new car in 10 years. Not one question was too silly and not one detail too small. I immediately felt comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process when dealing with him, he truly went above and beyond to ensure I left 100% happy with my decision I could not rate him higher if I tried. We got 2 2021 Kia niro hybrid sports models. Lovely customer service. Was hard dealing with as there isn't enough info on the cars or people with the knowledge as these were the first 2 in Australia. Took a bit to find out what was happening but overall love the cars drives well maps work without fail.

Just bought my brand spanking new Kia Cerato Sports Hatch from Wayne Phillis Kia.
