Sara is very listening to all your complaints and will make sure all the work is done thoroughly. Better than any others. I wouldn't come here if she wasn't working here. Sara, as looked after me very well in the past years since I have owned the outlander. Believe me just go see her and see how things are. My wife insisted on taking her car here when it was hesitating while being driven and stalling at idle. 4 visits later and $2500 up in smoke on a variety of different parts (oxygen sensors etc) and they tell her they cant find the problem, that they are completely baffled but to please give them another chance to fix it. I refuse to let her go there again and I take the car to Ultra car care at Reynella. 45 minutes later get a call saying the distributor is stuffed and it will be fixed by the end of the day. Also offered a loan car to my wife at no cost. Problem solved at a fraction of the cost of what those Mitsubishi pirates charged for their either terrible diagnostic skills or blatant lies. The distributer was one of the first things they checked at Ultra car care but apparently they didnt even look at it at Mitsubishi. My guess is they didnt look at anything they just sat it out the back and wrote up the bills. Avoid this place at all costs.nEDIT : Of course you wont find my pseudonym in your system...i clearly stated that my wife brought her car in so it would be her name in the system not mine!
