SA Boating Licence Course

Good to see quality training is still done today. A lot of tick and flick companies exist in training today (like First Aid) but they seem to genuinely care about boating and making sure you leave the course knowing a thing or 2. Nice to see

Ide like to start this by saying that I'm very disappointed with your customer service.nOver the last few months ive tried calling and coming to some sort of conclusion but am yet to.nI booked a boat licence course on the 19th of May 2020, due to unforeseen circumstances i had to change the booking date to another time. This was fine but the night before the course i got a phone call saying that it had been cancelled due to the instructor getting sick and i was advised to re-book another time. Since then I have been trying to arrange a refund because i have since moved away from Adelaide. I have tried calling on multiple occasions, every now and then getting through and being told that the manager will call me back when he is available. This has gone on for far too long and i feel like im not even close to getting this resolved.

Definitely recommended if you are looking to get a boat and jet ski licence. Trainers knew their stuff and make getting your licence pretty easy

Excellent teaching from supportive trainers and they do everything you need to get your licence. A little on the steep side price wise but it shows in the training and their emphasis on safety and ensuring you know your stuff before you leave.nnCheers to Matt for a tremendous course and some excellent little fishing tips
