Didn't turn up, then was late on next appt. Everything was left filthy. Think it was honestly dirtier when they left than when they arrived. Toilets visually dirty and not touched No wet dusting as coffee mug rings were still on table and floors looked like they had been mopped with mud. Never thought a job could be done so badly.
This company contacted me after I left a job request on ServiceSeeking. I don’t know why they bothered to chase the job when a booking time was made and no one showed up. Phone calls and text messages went unanswered. Very unprofessional.
I am really happy with this service. I have previously been a cleaner so I have quite high standards. Our cleaner is wonderful, does a great job and very professional when communicating with me. I would highly recommend this service.
I purchased 2 coupons for cleaning and window cleaning. I arranged for them to come today. I sent the coupons through to them (bad mistake) and they said they couldn't do the dates they agreed to. I emailed them with no response. I texted them with no response. I emailed again and got a reply that a person was coming. It is now after the time someone was coming and again no response to my call or text.
Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't be happier, the attention to detail was breath taking. I literally stood in my kitchen gleaming about to cry at how beautiful it was. So happy and grateful. I would 100% reccomend to everyone I know.
