A few days ago I had an engine fault suddenly appear on my Toyota LandCruiser. I was shattered as I was about to move to WA from Victoria, travelling via the Oodnadatta Track > Alice Springs > Remote WA.nnI called up the helpful team at Clare Valley Toyota and told them what light and the engine fault code. Asked if they could fit me in to get it looked at and if so, when could I come in. They told me to come straight away.nnI arrived and was promptly seen by the receptionist who had taken my call, asked to pop the bonnet and then almost immediately a mechanic came out to look at my car.nnAfter a quick bit of mechanical assistance (and reassurance that everything was ok) I was on my way within 15 minutes.nnThat is why I paid the 'Toyota tax' on my car. How glad I was that the team at Clare valley Toyota were able to assist with no fuss and a friendly smile.nnOn my way home, eventually, I will be stopping back in town and getting my car serviced.

Paid a deposit on a Hilux. Was told at time of deposit that delivery this week wouldn’t be an issue, went to pay the balance owing and was told I had to wait another week.nI find this extremely disappointing as I was very interested in trading my corolla for the hilux.nWas also told on the phone that the car wasn’t even in the yard after I had paid the deposit and signed contract.

Have been here several times and staff are always friendly and helpful.
