Best customer service. Staff knows what they are selling. Had layby here, i was bit late to pickup but they never cancelled my layby and never made anyphone call to cancel my layby.staff do have technical knowledge of products they are selling.
Was only a short interaction but quickly worked out that it is mainly for buying a specific piece you like which they stock rather than actually trying to help you find something suitable. Staff were pleasant but I didn't find them knowledgeable.
No condescending old proons was nice got what I wanted at decent price too, I'll be back.
Had a lovely salesperson in Marion store help us! Samantha. Looked everywhere for a pair of earrings that We wanted. Great choice of sensible priced jewelry.
