Went in to find a wedding band with my partner. I felt SO incredibly PUSHED to buy something. The sales lady knew it was my first day looking and she kept telling me to buy today (sales on/ don’t want to wait too long or will regret it). I told her numerous times I’m not the type of person to buy something the first day I start looking and that it took my 40+ dresses to try on before I chose my wedding dress and then out of no where she said “okay so how would you like to pay - visa or debit?” Just because I said it was my favorite out of what I tried there. I was in complete shock that she just asked me to pay for it.. a wedding band should be such a special purchase. Something as special as a wedding dress and it felt 100000000% just like she wanted a sale. VERY awkward and disappointing. So unhappy with this experience. Makes me not want to continue looking.

I got most of my jewellery from Michael Hills but the visit to Marion store was very disappointing. I was looking for a necklace “slightly shorter and match the rose gold necklace that I had from MH” but I was told directly to try other jewellers.nThe staff said they don’t have something much shorter, and didn’t offer any alternatives nor let me try the shorter option. Very impatient and rude.

Dragged kicking and screaming into a jewellery store by my conniving wife. Sales Staff are great and have good upselling skills.nAll that aside, we bought some beautiful pieces and are very happy with the service and follow up.
