Isabel was an absolute legend today. Very helpful with picking out earrings for my girls. Isabel was very gentle with placing the new earrings in their ears & went above & beyond. Thanks for all your help today, it was done with a smile & friendly demeanour.

Great place, I had my ears pierced for $30.00 plus ratings. Hygenic and very hospitable, I'm going to try and stretch my ears to a sizeable hole and place something like gold and ebony in them!

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing staff member today with brown curly hair who helped us with our new earrings. She was very polite and gave us many suggestions. Very happy with the service we were given.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Items incorrectly put in sale section and it seemed the manager or girl with the long dark hair had a bad attitude when the cashier asked about the prices of items I wanted. She basically stormed off saying things under her breath so I left items on counter. Next time if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out in the customer! Will never return. I’ll be taking this up with their area office too.
