I was extremely disappointed with the customer service purchasing Christmas decorations here the other day. I went in asking for one of their Christmas elves in a particular size, as I could only find the very expensive larger ones. I was told by the sales assistant that they only had the large size. I was not sure if I wanted it as it was very expensive, she was extremely pushy and made me feel as if I had to buy it. I ended up buying it as I had really wanted one of these elves for my home as she made it clear there were no other options. As I was walking around Marion they had a display for their Christmas decorations and I saw there was in fact the exact same elf I had purchased in a smaller much more affordable price. I went back in to the store and told them this and asked if I could get a refund and exchange it, they told me they don't do refunds and that I had to keep what I had purchased. This sales assistant I spoke to was a different one but both that I dealt with seemed very young and inexperienced, I really think they need to learn how to deal with customers in a more polite manner. I will never be going back to this store again, they were extremely rude, unhelpful and I felt uncomfortable. I am still trying to get a refund as I believe I am entitled to One.
