This place rips off its customers. My daughter was given a voucher by email for Christmas by a family member and nowhere does it say that it can only be used for online purchases, however the Ally won't let her redeem it in store, saying she can only use it online meaning she loses some of the voucher to shipping. We'll never buy from them again.

There was not much variety in styles or sizes available & many items on sale online were not discounted in store even though they are not online exclusives. Staff were friendly & approachable, the store is on the smaller side & when busy can be hard to move around in.
