Pizza Hut Welland

Order a Pizza via app, requesting NO sauce as I'm allergic to tomatoes, Pizza came with sauce. When I called they put all the blame on the app, taking none for them selves, did offer to make a fresh one but with an additional wait time on top.of the 40mins I already had to wait for the order and an additional period of time waiting for the manager

Received the worst customer service ever!!! Waited 15 minutes to get served (only ones in there) then he comes out saying “have to wait for someone outside to come serve you” or “wait for manager”. I then continue to wait and end up asking how much longer until I can place my order where he then decided to rudely say ‘what do you want’ I asked for a small size which I was told I was not allowed to order. Wasted 30 minutes of my time to get told I couldn’t order. He was disrespectful and rude DO NOT GO THERE

For three continuos orders, I received oily bases and bare minimum topping. Not ordering again.

Worst pizza I didn’t ever eat before.. no enough topping,no cheese and no taste..

Go for it without second thought. They change the menu bit every 3 month.. recently they add some vegan pizzas and even they add dessert and vegan ice cream as well... you will get it what you paid ... prompt service and friendly staffs.. cleanliness is very well maintained
