Terrible food and short changing me as a consumer on what I have paid for. Who knows who else might have experienced the same.nHeck when you order 2 large coffees the should actually make them drinkable and fill up the thickshake all the way, not 3/4s.nThe offered me a voucher for the undrinkable coffees but he'll I paid for them there and then so I should have them replaced straight away, not in a weeks time when the voucher finally shows up.nI'm logging a complaint with SA Dept of Health and Consumer and business affairs.
Went in last night to get some dinner in the dining room. A young lady named Mia had excellent customer service skills and helped me on the kiosk. She was very polite and welcoming and recommend me the family deal which was a great option and feed my family.nnI applaud Mia and believe she should be upgraded to a managers position as she obtains those soft skills.nnKeep up the great work Mia!!!
Hot chocolate, yum. Did not like the man asking for money at the drive thru.
We understand that you’re having a busy day, but we were nice and we didn’t deserve the attitude from the employee at the last drive-thru window - you were an a**hole.nnAlso, salt your chips so they don’t taste like cardboard, there’s a long lineup and you’re bound to have a problem if you keep it up.
Ordered a coffee waited over 15 minutes had to ask where it was and when it finally arrived and plonked in my hand it wasn’t what I ordered and lukewarm wasn’t offered a replacement or an apology!
