A really amazing medical practice That bulk bills. Narelle, at the front desk, has such a friendly and welcoming personality that turns the waiting room into a happy space instead of the depressing waiting rooms you might usually expect. And Doctor Westley seems to have a wealth of Experience. He diagnosed two of my problems in about 10 seconds where, previously, three or four other doctors in Darwin had failed.nI can't recommend these people enough and I won't be going anywhere else!

Staff are so lovely! I realised I had the wrong script while visiting the chemist next door and was lucky enough to be fit into an appointment and seen straight away.

Without a doubt the best medical practice I have ever visited. Friendly reception staff, fantastic doctors and bulk billing. Dr Kara Britz is amazing.

Out of all the doctor surgeries in Darwin,nYou can't go past Tri Star. I rang around every clinic in darwin, as i have only just come here. I found the receptionists couldn't speak english very well, they had no idea on what you were talking about. When it came to s8 prescriptions. Even though their clinic had registered doctors to write s8 scripts.nThey didn't even offer to try and take my name or number to help me. I undetstand people doctor shop to get s8 drugs. That's not fair as doctors holding the s8 registration to write the scripts have a limit if 6 patients only. Tri star went out of their way to do everything to help me.nThe receptionist(Helen) was so caring and understandin. She went out of her way to help me. Thankyouud83dude0a.nJust a reminder to all the people out there abusing the s8 medications, take a thought for the people who generally need a doctor to prescribe a script.nThankyou Tri Star for your help and understanding and the knowledge you knew about the s8 scheme.nThis clinic definatly gets 5 stars. I went to the surgery to make an appointment for my 8 year old to have her B vaccine for Meningococcal and flue shot. I also booked my parents and myself in for flew shots, to arrive at my appointment time and get told they lost our booking, have no flu vaccines and after paying $150 for the Meningococcal vaccine which was stored at the surgery to be told when they lost power, in our cyclone they lost my vaccine. Wouldn't you think there insurance would cover you. Apparently NOT!!
