Great local library, very good range of resources and very helpful staff.
They don't have the libby app unlike other bundoora or bayside library. Very few genres and ebooks available on the online reader. Staff not very interested in feedback or ordering requested books

This place is noisier than a shopping centre. Children just run up and down continuously and nobody does anything to stop it. Parents call out to them like they're in a playground. It's not just noisy for a library, it's noisy for anywhere. Forget about the library being a place to work or study. This one is a childcare centre.
On the whole the staff are helpful but there are children running around and screaming all the time. Libraries are meant to be quiet places were people can enjoy reading, studying and using the computers.
