Extremely Terrible Customer Service! Ordered at 6:45 pm Pizza arrived COLD at 8 pm on a Wednesday night. Tried to check the status of the Order their website did not work properly wouldn't allow it, called through to the customer service who said they would transfer me to the manager of the store. they just cold transferred me, the manager picked up and would not speak and just hung up the phone on me. then when trying to call through they have just taken the phone off the hook. worst experience .. do not give this scum your business, when the delivery driver rocked up I told him to call his boss as I wanted to speak with him .. he called his boss said I won't talk to anyone tell the customer to come in tomorrow during business hours to talk.

We ordered three gluten free pizza's (Garlic Prawn, Hawaiian and Margarita), a coke no sugar, and two serves of potato gems. The pizza's were bad, there was no sauce, the crust was hard and everything was semi-cold. The gems were so soggy they had fused together like a disgusting hot mashed potato. Likely because the food was said to have left the store 20 minutes before it arrived at our house 5 minutes away (multiple drop-offs is fine - but this is not). The garlic prawn pizza was so bad that less than 2 slices of the whole things were eaten.nI will never order pizza here again and highly recommend no one else does either. Gluten free or otherwise.

Got the pizza with burned chilli flakes which has changed the original fusion of margherita.

Pizza arrived 40 minutes after the indicated delivery.nFood was cold.nForgot the drink.nPizza looked like it had been dropped during transit.nWhen we called the store, we were rudely advised that we would be sent new pizzas, after rejecting the offer of a 10% discount on our next order (which would amount to about $3.70). We didn't want new pizzas. There are only 2 people in this house. We don't need 4 badly made pizzas. We just want a refund (which we are entitled to as per pizza hut policy). Worst service I've received in a long time. In this kind of environment, there are a lot of people who are more deserving of employment than the people we spoke to tonight. These people tarnish the reputation of pizza hut.

The pizzas I ordered for delivery looked nothing like the photos on the app. The pizza was 50% crust and 50% topping. Poor effort, definitely not ordering here again.
