Great customer service, really clean store.

Worst customer servicenI’ve been there because an Indian girl used to work there (Tuggeranong store) and she was really very nice and she knows exactly how to treat your customers but yesterday when I was there I was surprised to see the way they treating their customers. I’ll never buy anything from Lovisa in future. Collette is much better than Lovisa.nWish I could give negative rating.

Got my first piercing done here on Monday, only one person on and she made me feel super comfortable about everything. She was very knowledgeable about everything and including things like which piercing would be more comfortable and easy to clean. They use a piercing device here (Studex System 75) which is neither a gun nor a needle. Would recommend for those who don't want a gun or a needle.

The two girls that did my piercing(didn’t grab your names!) were so amazing and understanding of my fear. One even stayed behind a few minutes after her shift was meant to end so they could be done two at once. Everything was sanitary and the girls looked after me the whole time!

Good inexpensive fashion jewellery. Plenty of choice.
