Over the last few years we have found this store to be exceptional in their service and in the quality of their products. Margaret and Melody have both been excellent in their customer service. Highly recommend.

I love this shop! I've always been treated well everytime I'm in the shop and the saleslady Melody gives me the time and information that I need about watches without being pushy.

Really happy with the service. The ladies were friendly and happy. They cleaned my rings that I did not buy from there for free, which was such a nice surprise.

Totally agree with all the other posts. Took my watch in, that i bought from Mazzuccelli's - they put in a new battery but did the watch work after that? NO! Took it back in and got a huge quote that says it needed servicing for over $250. I said i wanted money back for the $40 battery and they still have my watch - with no return calls. just rang twice and after no message bank and the phone ringing out - i hung up. These guys are hopeless and have NO IDEA what they are doing.
