The worst customer service from the manager Shaz of belconnen mall in act canberra. Never ever will deal with her and never recommend to shop from her.. Shaz if you reading this , please change your attitude towards customer. They deserve must more better service from you been the manager.

The store has high quality jewellery. There is a huge variety on sale. The diamonds are of exceptional design. There can be more of these on the bracelets and necklaces. The staff are friendly and polite. The shop is prominent and the layout is very neat. The lighting can be brighter with more air ventilation.

Erin was fantastic! Her customer service skills were so great we bought our wedding band from her even though a month prior we asked about the same ring from a different staff member and they didn't get back to us. If we didn't have her after not being contacted we probably wouldn't have bought it from Michael Hill! Great employee!
