Very bad customer service and rude never gonna buy in the future..lost one of the regular regular customer forvever..really really disappointed

Bad customer service, I’m really disappointed.

I usually buy the 5 for 12 earrings because they are inexpensive and disposable if i loose them. Yesterday, I came in for that deal and I was happy with what I chose. The retail assistant (girl with dark brown hair and nose ring) however came across as very pushy and arrogant. She tried to sell the 3 for $25 earring deal near the counter. I did not budget for that deal so I was reluctant to purchase them and had told her that. Afterwards, her attitude was sour and very unprofessional. I like Lovisa and generally their sales assistants are pleasant to deal with but this girl... ud83dude12
