Beautiful steak, perfectly cooked exactly as ordered, beer batter chips hot and really crisp, just enough salad all well plated. Waitress struggling a bit with English and forgot our order of garlic bread ... We couldn't get our ice-cream either as the freezer had died. Still, the main dish was perfect...

Came in not thinking the greatest after reading recent reviews.nnBut was pleasantly surprised to have an excellent meal.nI ordered a rump cooked blue, came out absolutely spot on, have only had a couple of places manage this in my eating history.nnThe rest of the table enjoyed their meals as well and we all left with full stomachs.nnWould recommend to anyone passing through, who are looking for pub styled western cuisine.

Visited as a last minute dinner, the steak was mouth watering delicious.nGarlic bread could maybe use a little more garlic, other than that, service was on point, friendly, food came out quick. Very happy

A lovely little restaurant on Queen Street. Friendly, welcoming staff and atmosphere. And the best cooked steak I’ve had in a long time. Thank you.

Quite honestly I’m not sure why they are even open.n1st time visiting and definitely the lastnnMade a booking for 7 people.nnArrived and were given a table and menus ☑ufe0f That’s where the best of it finished.nnNo offer of Water had to asknnNo offer of drinks had to asknnServed tables of people that arrived after usnnHad to ask for our order to be takennnWaitress took order, then came back to clarify the order.nnDrinks finally arrived, Tequila Sunrise looked like a scene from silence of the lambs, so much Grenadine it would have taken down a vampire.nnGarlic Bread arrived...... sorry toast arrived, not even enough garlic to make a vampires eyes water.nnMeals arrived, missing one and a Random Cheeseburger that we hadn’t ordered, no sauces with the meals as we were told “she didn’t write them down”nnLast meal arrived (Tandori Chicken Skewer) Chips were piping hot but Chicken skewer was like warm. Cut off a piece and the chicken was Raw in the middle.nnI kindly returned the chicken and asked them not to bother with a replacement.nnHere is a tip for you when opening a restaurant.nn1. Provide Good Servicen2. Be able to cook foodn3. Be able to pour drinksnnYep that’s about the bare bones of it, it’s really not that hard.nnWhilst there saw 2 couples that complained who’s orders you also messed up. If the 3 steps above are out of your reach close the doors and save us the disappointment and yourselves the embarrassment.
