After a terrible experience having my rings cut off in hospital my rings were destroyed I just wanted to say that James repaired my rings designed an invisible clip so I can take my rings off as my hands are full of arthritis and would be otherwise unable to wear my rings they are now beautiful I can’t believe what an amazing job he’s made thank you so much
