Was not happy with the black cherry I ate one spoon the texture was grainy and was not nice I asked to replace it with another flavour and got told that I would need to pay for it. Terrible service after buying two cups for $8

Great as options include Vegan and Gluten free

After alerting the staff member to my allergies and getting her to wash the scoop she served me the wrong ice-cream sending me into Anaphylaxic shock. I was on my own with two young children trying not to die and the staff member offered no assistance, no first aid, not a glass of water, not a phone call, nothing. She stood there and watched me be taken away in an ambulance without a word. It's now been a week since I have emailed a complaint to them and I've had no response.

Bought three scoops in a large cup, and the ice cream didn’t even make it to the height of the cup. I wasn’t even hungry and was incredibly underwhelmed.
