Nando's Scarborough

Their phone and delivery service needs some looking in to.nnThe driver called me confused. I couldn’t make sense of what he was saying and eventually he asked are you a restaurant or a customer…. He called me, so this question is what was concerning… then when I said I was the customer he asked me where he’s supposed to be going…nnI tried calling the store to let them know only to find that Nando’s doesn’t allow you to have direct contact with the store anymore.nnI haven’t even received my food yet and I have a strong feeling it will be a while and it’s going to be old and soggy by the time it gets to me.nnCan confirm food was cold, and order was wrong… currently chewing on the cold burnt, garlic bread that I got instead of chocolate mousse… not quite the same, but I hate wasting money and especially food.nnCalled and made a complaint to their service line.

Food was fairly good but the pita could have been more moist (more basting and mayo sauce)

40 minute wait for burnt chicken and chips. The worst part was the lack of service if you know there is a wait, let us know when ordering. Check up on your customers or letting us know how far away it is would’ve been appreciated. It’s not so much about money but more so the unimpressive food and lack of compensation. Very disappointing for nandos

Missed order. Waited for an hour and had to cancel.nnWent to this place hungry and for relatively better option. Ordered at 8pm, waited till 8:40pm still no sign of food. My super hungry kid, pointed that people after us have even finished the meal and left. So I went and checked, they asked for another 15 min. And even after that no sign so had to go back after 20 min and canceled it. There was apologies and regrets. My crying kid promised that it is the worst Nandos.nNot sure if it was deliberate... but Nandos have to find a better way to manage its orders.
