Had an appointment Scheduled for 4:30, had the confirmation booking email sent to me, i waited for a call and haddnt heard anything back from Heena, Called at 5pm asking why i haddnt receieved a call to be told that he was busy with another client.

Very disappointed with the customer service skills and just their services in general.nHad my appointment to sort my tax refund out, they said I’m getting a full refund and by the time I get my refund into my account, I received less than a third of the payment.nThey also said they will process my fee refund back to me for the inconvenience and the lack of services provided and now they have said that they won’t be giving me my fee refund.nnWon’t bother to use these again and I will warn others not to either. Waste of time and money.
