Oh dear, tonight wasn't good. Their cash registers weren't working at the front. My order was wrong and the fix up solution was not acceptable.nMy meal had the least amount of lettuce ever. The chips were broken up and either cool or too cooked.nI won't be going back

Very disappointed at how dirty the seated area is I just hope the kitchen area isn't the same! Girl on til looked very miserable clearly not having a good day. Have had better service n food from here before so little disappointed.

My 86 year old Mother just had a very bad experience at Hungry Jack's at Whitford City. She gets the $2 thick shakes and ordered two in the drive through today at around 2.30pm. The lady that took the order, via the microphone, said the price was now $4.10, not $2. My Mother said she was looking at their menu board and the price was $2. The girl asked my Mother to drive through to the window where my Mother was very hautily advised that this girl would change the menu board but my Mother had to pay the new price of $4.10. She spoke very rudely to my Mother who came home so upset and shaking because of how she was spoken to by this girl, who said she was the Manager. Well done, HJ's, for the sake of $2 you have lost my Mother as a customer and all her family as well. Was it worth it when your board reflected the old price anyway? BTW, your 'Manager' needs a lot of customer service training and really needs to be kept in a back area and away from customers, as she has no idea how to treat people.

Hi i drive for food delivery services. I arrived late by 1 hour and still the order was not ready. I completely understand that there might be issues in the system or something else but on complaining the manager at the counter started behaving rudely which i felt quite depressing. Her behaviour was rude as i was not a costumer but a delivery driver who has no worth.nnPlease give your staff some ethical learning and how to treat delivery drivers. Disrespect and bad behaviour is not tolerable.

Efficient quick and good fast food. Deliveries very reliable.
