John and Irene are both extremely helpful. Over 10 years ago, John completely remade my dodgy engagement ring (bought elsewhere) after two of the diamonds fell out. The care he took making it look exactly like the original (but better) was excellent, and I could not have been happier. I was happy to return today and pick up a pair of opal earrings that John remade (also originally made elsewhere) after I was unable to wear them due to a dodgy setting. They have been sitting in the cupboard over 20 years, so this is one very happy customer. An excellent job again. Thank you John and Irene for all your help.

There are jewellery shops and then there are artisans. John is the latter and has been for many years. Irene is knowledgeable and very helpful.nIf you after quality work or jewellery this is a great place to start!
