My partner spent close to 2k on a very expensive diamond ring from here (tear drop shape) and the tear drop literally snapped off within 2 years of having it! To make it worse a diamond also fell out around the band. I looked after it so well. Couldn’t find the receipt to take it back to be looked at (thought they might keep a record on their files of buying it or do receipts through email but nope. Won’t be buying from here again

I bought my wedding ring with the help of Anna and I am so happy with it and the service I received. Not only was the price extremely reasonable, Anna made the experience very enjoyable and was very helpful and understanding of our needs.
