Shop here all the time staff are really friendly I've got to know all the staff and the manager they have seen my daughter grow up since she was a baby know shes 11 years later.Best jewellery place to go too.

My daughters went into this store the other day to purchase a gift and these ladies were so rude..... and to my surprise they were served by the actual manager. Great customer service NOT. If you don’t like your job or people give it to someone who does.

horrible customer service. Midle aged lady with black hair shoulder length and glasses was so rude and cold. Like she was starring at me awkwardly while i was browsing for jewellery. Horibble! Not going back to see her rude face ever again!

Super friendly staff! Can always have a bit of a laugh with them. Their prices simply put unbeatable. Their warranty was brilliant when we returned a ring that 2 of the claspers broke off unexpectedly. The ring was replaced for us. They always have great sales on their already cheaper jewlery
