Excellent customer service and Pat is a fantastic lady very helpful and good quality and range of jewelry.

We spent over $8000 on wedding bands for my wife and I and at the time we dealt with chi who was a wonderful service and we dealt with her again when our rings needed to be Rodium plated and she got this fixed all for free on care plan. 2 years later and my wife goes back there to have rings repaired and noticed chi is not working there any more :( any way she dealt with a lady by the name of Maria re the rings and she was very very rude and did not want to help my wife out at all, my wife felt belittled and Incompetent from the way she was spoken to, Isn’t it funny that if we were there to buy how would this lady react being a sale however there for repairs and very rude. You know who you are LIFT YOUR GAME DO YOUR JOB AND HELP YOUR CLIENTS!!!!nNOT HAPPY. Head office is our next step...

i had called and agreed on an price on a tag heuer. I even detailed how i would pay. When i arrived to finalise my purchase the ( I'm assuming ) manager said nope because im using part Humm account i don't get the same amount of discount. So i left and purchased my watch for less online from interstate dealer.nits businesses like these that will be the first to complain about an drop in sales but then not look in the mirror on how they conduct business. Will i ever purchase from them? Absolutely NOT!
