I usually drop in to see if they have anything new and unusual and the girls are always very helpful.

Refused to sell me a citizen eco watch that was on display for the marketed price of $275 as it apparently had the wrong price tag on it. Told me she couldn't sell it to me for that. after a little back and forth she explained all she had to do was hold it in the safe for 24 hours before she would put it back on the shelf for the right price as this was a human error. Sorry, but this was not cool zamels. Unfortunately if I under quote a job it would be on me. No honour system here.

The service is amazing and I felt they went out of their way for the smallest of request.

zamels Westlakes the lady in the shop extremely pushy took my 7 yr old in their to buy my birthday present she was extremely pushy. pushing my daughter to keep spending. she choose 3 things for my birthday an the lady kept looking around the shop trying to make us spend up to $130 my daughter said just those 3 a bracelet 2 ear rings but she kept trying to push more on my daughter.. i ended up buying a extra pair of hoop earings and a necklace so we could get out of their. with what my daughter picked. and still trying to push more.. horrible service.. wont be going back.
