Imn may 2020 i purchased a diamond ring with careplan and supposedly valuation certificate , i picked the ring up after resizing but no valiuation cert, it would be 2 weeks later, many many phone calls, and promises still no valuation , then the state manager would ring me in a few days m a month later no call back from manager, i rang again all apoligetic, but the manager will ring still no call back, they tricked me into a buy with careplan, but have not given me the valuation , its now 6 months, i cant insure it without pic and official breakdown of all diamonds, but they tell me just use yr recipt, to me that was an admission of no certificate to come, maybe my diamond ring is not all diamond, maybe some might be cz, im just saying, so unprofessional,
