Amazing. So cheap to get a watch band swapped, worked with me when I wasn't happy with the third party band. Just amazing. Overheard a really touching conversation where they were doing a one off piece for somebody. It's really refreshing to see a company take such good care of their customers. Beautiful jewellery too.

We recently had some jewellry repaired. 3 rings in total. When we were told the price we nearly fell on our backs:) but decided to go ahead as they were very important rings to us. When we received the rings we were absolutely blown away at the workmanship. My wife's wedding ring looked better then as when we purchased it 20years ago. The cost became insignificant and was happy to pay what it had cost. Thank you for your amazing service and attention to detail. Great customer service is so hard to find. I had my partners engagement ring designed and made here and it turned out beautifully!nnAfter providing images of designs I liked I was guided through the design. What I really liked was that Greg gave options and suggestions and I always felt like I was in good hands. He also suggested some tweaks that made the piece more durable which we love because she rarely takes it off!nnIf your looking for quality Jewellery and great customer service J & C Are sure to impress!

These guys are great - especially for custom designs! A tailor made experience from start to end resulting in a unique and individual ring at a very reasonable price. They go over the top to make sure you're happy with what you want - you won't be disappointed!

I've been getting repairs done here for awhile.nCustomer service, I could not fault, craftsmanship, excellent but what stands out the most for me is the honesty and integrity of the Jeweller. I would highly recommend!
