Top class service from the CMI staff on a very busy Saturday last week.nnWe have now bought three cars from this dealership and cannot fault them in any way. Rob, Kenny and the team at CMI Toyota, Cheltenham are courteous and knowledgeable, make great coffee and have a good humoured approach to their work. Oh, and the cars are great and we’ll prepared prior to pick-up.

Seems as though the 5 star service I read of only happens in the sale process. Very disappointed in the lack of attention, professionalism and care taken in my first service. Will not go into specifics as I'm not the employer and they are not my staff. However, reviews should be left both positive and negative. I'll go elsewhere for my 10k kms service. Given a second star as they didn't fall short on anything apart from my experience.

Very friendly staff. Really know their stuff - especially Ben Nikolic - who was our go to man right from the start, with excellent product knowledge, friendly manner and ultimately left us with a BIG smile when he presented our new Toyota to us. Love this Business & all its staff !
