0/5 We bought a Ford Fiesta 1month ago. My experience is completely terrible. I was waited more than 40days for the car to deliver. I had many issues After getting the car. Response from customer service marketing agent trying to manipulate us and I doesn’t wants to reveal his name., Just after 1month now I got issue with this car. God knows why they took 55 days time to deliver the car and sadly they didn’t even given me the service book. Being as a international student it is a Very worst experience for me.

I bought a used car through these guys several years ago, Everything went OK, The car was brought down from the Launceston yard to the Glenorchy yard for me after making a small deposit for freight, All was good apart from repaired damage done to the left rear door that was hidden conveniently by another cars shadow parked in the car yard next to it when i went in to Glenorchy after it arrived from Launceston to have a look at it in person, I didn't realize this fact until after id purchased the car & driven it home & then looked at the door on a different angle in a different light & saw it had been repaired, Pictures lie & so do people, Arwell, Lol. 3 Stars.

First time in my all customer service experience Seen who badly the JMC sales man deal with the customer. Unforgettable experience never come back. Thanks for giving me a wonderful experience.

Wife and I spent countless hours tyre kicking, talking, test driving and discussing various cars and utes over several weeks. In the process we found ourselves coming back to JMC Derwent Park on several occasions. We dealt with several sales persons in new car section as well as second hand. In all instances we found the folk there attentive, professional and gave advice or information willingly without feeling any sense of pressure or competition among staff. We felt our needs were being taken on board. Ultimately we did purchase a used unit which suits us perfectly. The final negotiations and paperwork was handled by Kyle Hawthorne with whom we met on several visits. We both found Kyle very personable, professional, courteous and delivered on his word. The handover was all as anticipated. I have no hesitation in endorsing the team at JMC with special mention of Kyle Hawthorne.

What a horrible experience. I was interested in purchasing a car from JMC Derwent Park and I was unable to even take the vehicle for a drive before my decision was made! I refuse to ever even step through their doors again. Definitely not the way to get business. Customer service and satisfaction is key!! Thanks for nothing!
