We have had the team from Janissen electrics attend for a number of jobs at our home in the past 12 months, after getting a referral to them from a parent at our kids school. I even received a thank you call from their Ops Director Simon for accepting the referral, which was a top 5 service experience for us. Jobs have included large appliance repair and maintenance, smoke alarm install and advice, GPO install and light fitting replacements. We've found all of their team to be fantastic to deal with, the office was courteous and flexible and the sparkys that worked on site were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and communicative at all times. Follow up certification and invoicing was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.
