We were quite disappointed with the service yesterday. The driver was 10 minutes late for a start, which was very embarrassing in front of my staff. The car was filthy, the carpet was covered in sand, dirt and dust. I specifically asked for glasses and there were non provided. In addition the driver was not very friendly and dropped us off an hour from the scheduled start time, not the actual start time with no compensation or apology for being late. I have emailed the business with this feedback privately twice and have received no response to date. Based on this experience I would not book this service again.
