Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Maccas would’ve been able to get my order right.
I ordered the salt and pepper low gluten option - cost A$10 - and it came battered with 4 teeny pieces of squid downed by a pile of fries. I dont the it's a good reflection of the order. Rather disappointed.
Ordered the breakfast deal with coffees. They forgot the hash browns and the egg cheese and bacon toasted sandwich consisted of raw bacon, extra thick toast and barely any cheese or egg. Tasted horrible. No care taken in even making the sandwich.
It was very busy, very understaffed, and the two young women at the counter were exceptional. They unfortunately had to deal with the brunt of bad behaviour from the general public, but I was more than happy to wait, as I could see how hard they were working. I don't know their names, but it was on the morning of the 29th of April. Perhaps the boss can look up who was working then, and give both of them a bonus for the sheer effort they were putting in?
The food was tasty though overpriced for what it was. That and the cold salad was hot and the hot schnitzel was cold. 😩
