Tried to pick up a delivery from Ikea. Was not contacted by Toll at all prior to pick up, but when we arrived were spoken to incredibly rudely by admin staff about needing closed in shoes to pick up our items. The depo is only open from 10am-2pm weekdays so very hard to arrange pick up when we are at work during these times. We were told to leave and return with closed in shoes, which we did. Upon return, other customers picking up packages were not wearing closed in shoes, and were not told to leave. Staff at pick up point were very unhelpful with pick up. We asked them to remove the pallet after we had loaded our packages into our car and were again rudely told to do it ourselves. Was very upset with the whole process, taking a total of 1.5hours to pick up two packages. Will not be using this company again.

Awful customer service. Staff honestly could not care less and were very rude.

Very nice guy in the warehouse helped us out when the office was closed. We got there before closing time but office was locked.
