The place has caused me nothing but drama constantly overcharging. The manager is rude an obnoxious. I'd recommend hitch hiking before using hertz in Roma... Only Roma hertz has given me this trouble all other hertz have be a pleasure to hire from
Friendly staff but 35 mins to find a car, and 2 different counters seems a bit unnecessary
