After waiting twelve months on a baby photo frame ordered from another local jewellers, with no contact, and a gift voucher used for a small deposit, I contacted the ladies at The Gem Centre to see if they would be able to source the frame I was after. The service I received from Katherine and Marie was incredible- even though their suppliers don't stock the item I wanted, they went out of their way to procure the frame, at a great price, and I was notified within a fortnight that the item was on its way. Absolutely best customer service in Inverell!

Murray Simpson was helpful and had good knowledge of the local fossicking sites. Fossicking equipment available also at reasonable prices!

Excellent service from Marie & Katherine with a lot of lovely stock in the shop to choose from. Katherine opened the shop after hours to allow me to pick up a lay-by item as I passed through town - that was exemplary service. Thankyou ladies ud83dude01
