Flowers were lovely and ordering was easy, but unfortunately delivery was very late. I was trying to make someone's day brighter and they almost didn't get them as they were leaving work just as the flowers arrived. Delivery fee was also more than other places I have used, so I didn't expect that.

I had a short amount of time to organise flowers for a friend who had had a baby and when i was going to be in town. My order was ready very quickly and presented beautifully. Would highly recommend

Best Florist & Customer Service ever!! Best in ROCKHAMPTON !!! Kindest hearts!! Arrangement sent 9/4/20 to 92 yr old lonely Bethany resident for Easter. Despite being Detailed and clearly addressed by the florist, it was lost by the Bethany staff & believed given to another resident . In view of the reason why the flowers were sent, the beautiful florist has recreated & hand delivered on EASTER SATURDAY despite no fault of theirs & without charge. Beautiful & Caring Florist with wonderful flowers mixed with love 🙏🙏.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered flowers for Mothers day more than 1 week prior to the day for my elderly sick mother. I was called by the florist just after I placed the order, letting me know they had run out of flowers, however since I had booked a delivery early they assured me they would guarantee to deliver the flowers by Thursday 7 May 2020. I live in regional Victoria , over 2000 kms away from Mum and its COVID-19 and I can't travel to see her. I was happy to know that at least I could give her some flowers. I received a confirmation email from Sarah's Flowers to let me know and I quote "We guarantee your gift will be delivered by 6pm on Thursday the 7/05/2020" Here we are - Its Sunday 10 May - NO FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO MUM. So despite placing an order early, all the guarantees in the world do not mean anything. and will never make up for this chance to wish my Mum Happy Mothers Day I will NEVER EVER use this florist again.

Really quick same day delivery. Surpassed expectations with the flowers - much nicer than the images online. Would highly recommend.
