The flowers were definitely not fresh and beautiful on arrival, if you can't deliver an arrangement that looks similar to the one in the photo then you need to change your photos. The biggest issue is that the flowers were not fresh and there is no way they will last a week. Not a good way to run a business when you just go into denial and refuse to acknowledge that there is an issue at hand.
