Great product, awesome service.

Rang to advise that on receipt of my flowers one bunch was so damage I could not use any of them. Person was quiet rude so asked to speak to someone above this person and was told I speaking to the owner and that my small florist business was "insignificant in the overall scheme of their profit margin". I was not rude or demanding and actually said I was quiet happy with the rest of my order except the one bunch of flowers but was made to feel that even though I am only a small client my business is not important to her business and that I could take me business else where.

Awesome people and product

Had an issue with large order. Rang to discuss and let them know. First call they were to busy to discuss. Second call copped yelling and terrible customer service and they said we better not be talking about them. Clearing they dont understand good customer service involves dealing with tricky situations better. Wont be back
