Went to Hoda as I couldn’t remove some of my piercings and I needed to get them out that day as I was due to go into hospital. She is so warm and thoughtful and she looked after me really well. Will be returning to buy jewellery and get another piercing as soon as my crutches will allow me!

Did my first nose piercing 6 weeks ago. Hoda was amazing and very thoughtful. She guided me through the process and how to do aftercare. Came in again today to get new nose ring after the wait period. Can't recommend her and the shop enough.

Staff were helpful and they’ve got various collections to choose from.

Went today to Westfield Sydney Mezi to get some earrings for me and a present, and I ended up piercing my ears! The easiest, cleanest and least painful experience ever. They did not hurt a pinch! I am so glad I got them done there, the staff was amazing, caring and even stayed over time to help me getting them done. Lovely experience coming from Melbourne and treated extremely well. Thanks!

I looove loove their jewelry. I've taken so many friends there. However, I took back an earring where the post had broken. The response was certainly not satisfactory. I'm feeling a bit miffed to be honest.
