I want everyone to know that I have received the most amazing service from Wayne at this store. He provided after sales service on a Chaumet ring I bought over 10 years ago overseas and I am in awe of how he and Chaumet bent over backwards to look after my beautiful ring. Exceptional purchase experience!! Thank you Wayne and his team from my heart. Tracey is a superstar in the store, she always make you feel welcome, helpful and very knowledgeable. Initially we have bought a pair of Bee my love rings as wedding band, her professional service just surprised me in all aspects, now I have ordered another ring from her. Looking forward to build a long term relationship with them. Keep it up! I believe Chaumet deserves a bigger store in Sydney.

My partner, Jason & I visited Chaumet Sydney after walking past and seeing the gorgeous Tiara feature wall. Scarlett gave us so much information about the history of Chaumet and showed us many of the gorgeous pieces in the store. Jason and Scarlett worked together to surprise me with the most beautiful ring from the ‘Bee My Love’ collection. I am very fortunate to have discovered Chaumet and truly believe Scarlett is an asset to the team. I look forward to growing my Chaumet collection and working with Scarlett to purchase more pieces in the future.
