Lina and Claudia were both so friendly and gave us very professional service. The brand is also very ethical and good value for money.

We shop here frequently and normally have no issues, always great service and great prices, but today, going in specifically for the Black Friday Sales, we were left a little disappointed when after choosing a ring for my wife and spending a bit of time choosing from various pieces we were told right at the time of payment that there was no discount on the particular ring we had chosen as it was a new piece in their collection. I bought it anyway as my wife had her heart set on it, but we had spoken with staff about coming in specifically for the sales.

Great Service from the team. I had an issue with my order (my fault) which was resolved instantly. Amanda helped me find the perfect ring and in the right size ensuring I did not have to wait for it to be made. The product itself is 10/10. Stunning and cannot be faulted in any way. First-class and friendly service our rings are over 10 years old and look fantastic, we going back soon to have a missing stone replaced on one of the rings and we know it will be done with no fuss. We highly recommend their products and services.
