Very rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all. Tried to tell me I wasted 40 mins of his time and to sign and pay for something I wasn't happy with. Was rude the entire time I was there.

Very disappointed, estimated that I could have around $2000 to $3000 tax return, and I was happy to pay $132 to them for helping me. But several months later that I only got $120 from ATO. Sent email back to ITP, only got denied that they are not sure as to provide d an estimated of $2000. So funny that I paid 132 to get a tax return of 120. What a experience. Wasting my time and money. Won’t recommend at all.

First time doing my taxes in this country as I just became legal to work here this year (American). I was able to book an appointment in one day, Rylan sawme right away when I arrived. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend Rylan and ITP for all your tax needs, it was a great experience working with ITP and Rylan at their Southport location. I will definitely be back next year!
