I would like to credit this company on the speed that they got my car booked in whilst a problem happened during my travels. They ordered the part within a day and fixed it in just over 24hours which was great. However, once the vehicle had finished they had added extra charges onto my invoice which I then had to question, I can’t assume it’s because I am a backpacker or if they casually add extra charges onto people’s invoices in general, but after an uncomfortable discussion she did reduce some of the price. I’m happy and grateful they had helped me in my time of need and that the problem with payment was also resolved quickly. I still think they’re very efficient and professional mechanics, aside from the experience of overcharging I had with them.

Made the mistake of bringing a BMW X5 to Longreach instead of the Landcruiser as cheaper on fuel. One sheared idler pulley bolt later was regretting the decision. Luckily was referred to JLM and couldn’t be happier. Fixed within 24 hours by John fabricating a far better bolt/mount than BMW did and for a very reasonable price. Great people, great business.
